Job Summary

The Logistics Solutions Support Specialist provides professional logistics and parts-order support to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders across North America. This role is responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently, providing proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle, and resolving issues that may affect customer operations and equipment uptime. The position works closely with warehouse operations, technical and quality teams, service teams, dealer operations, and other cross-functional partners to investigate issues, identify solutions, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Responsibilities



  • Provide responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support for parts orders and logistics-related inquiries.
  • Support customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders by phone, email, and case management systems.
  • Create, document, and manage cases within assigned queues, ensuring timely escalation, follow-up, and resolution.
  • Investigate order discrepancies, inventory issues, delivery delays, and other logistics-related concerns.
  • Identify alternative solutions for backordered parts, particularly when equipment downtime is involved.
  • Initiate and coordinate cross-functional escalation processes for equipment-down situations and other critical incidents.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Service, and Quality teams to investigate inventory and stock-related issues.
  • Support internal stakeholders with logistics processes and order expediting.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issue status, actions, resolutions, and expected outcomes.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and process improvement initiatives focused on improving customer and dealer experiences.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional process improvement projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and quantify opportunities to improve logistics processes, order management, and the overall customer experience.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on systems, processes, and customer service practices.


Job Requirements



  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, customer operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with case management or ticketing systems preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, or other logistics and enterprise platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, equipment, or industrial environment preferred.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
