Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Coordinator, Business Services Recruiting to support the recruitment and hiring of Business Services professionals across the United States, including teams within Marketing, Technology, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Administrative Services, and Legal Support. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with recruiting experience and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The position reports to a Manager, Business Services Recruiting, and requires in-office attendance from time to time in accordance with the firm's hybrid work policy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Source and identify active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach while building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, interest, and overall suitability
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive and professional relationships
  • Prepare candidate summaries and provide status updates to recruiting team members and hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview logistics for both in-person and virtual interviews, including scheduling, conference room and video meeting reservations, candidate communications, interview preparation, and day-of interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system, including application status, correspondence, interview feedback, and supporting documentation
  • Research market conditions, competitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to support recruiting strategies and set hiring expectations
  • Coordinate professional references and background check processes
  • Generate reports and recruiting metrics as needed to support business and hiring decisions
  • Support additional recruiting initiatives, projects, and process improvement efforts as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, six years of relevant recruiting, human resources, legal industry, or professional services experience
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client and candidate service
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and accountability in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking or talent management system preferred
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and technology to automate workflows, improve productivity, generate insights, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and willing to work additional hours when business needs require
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
