Position Summary/ Department Summary: The Department of Otolaryngology (ORL) and Communication Enhancement (CCE) is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to lead daily clinic operations. This vital role drives operational excellence and optimizes the patient journey to ensure a seamless, top-tier clinical experience. The position provides direct, essential support to three specialized areas: the Augmentative Communication Program (ACP), the Autism Language Program (ALP), and the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) program. Key Responsibilities:
Level 1 - Program Coordinator I Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Level 2 - Program Coordinator II Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Salary Range: $49,275.20-$78,832.00 Annual The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
