Field Engineer - Team Lead Locations: Omaha, NE | Fort Collins, CO | Sioux Falls, SD | Tulsa, OK Compensation: $90,000-$115,000 annually Lead People. Develop Talent. Build What's Next. Interstates is looking for a Field Engineer - Team Lead to lead and develop a team of entry-level field engineers and technical team members supporting complex electrical construction projects. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced technical professional who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and helping teams perform at a high level. You'll serve as a key connection point between our technical teams and project leaders-making sure team members have the skills, support, and project opportunities they need to grow.
