Aquent, a trusted partner to leading organizations, is seeking an exceptional individual to join the leadership team of an innovative healthcare client. This is a unique opportunity to shape the narrative of a forward-thinking company dedicated to improving health outcomes. As a pivotal member of the team, you will wield the power of storytelling to translate complex clinical data into compelling, accessible messages that resonate with global audiences, directly influencing the organization's voice and impact within the healthcare industry.

We are searching for an **Executive Content Strategy & Lead** - a master communicator who can seamlessly navigate between high-level strategic narratives and intricate technical and clinical information. This strategic role is not about sales enablement; it's about crafting world-class presentations for global conferences, keynotes, and thought leadership events, making a significant impact on how the organization is perceived and understood. You will be a dedicated partner to C-suite executives and clinical subject matter experts, bringing their vision and expertise to life on prestigious stages and helping to drive meaningful conversations in the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with senior leadership to develop impactful event presentations, including keynotes, panel moderations, and executive roundtables, ensuring their messages are clear, compelling, and strategically aligned.
  • Drive the end-to-end creation of scripts and slides, meticulously crafting content that is at the "right altitude" for diverse external audiences while effectively bringing underlying clinical narratives to life.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless alignment on key messages and themes for all external speaking engagements.
  • Conduct thorough research and synthesis, gathering internal and external data, compelling stories, and medical literature to support the development of robust, evidence-based narratives.
  • Coach presenters on effective delivery and stagecraft, empowering them to engage audiences and ensure messages are delivered with maximum impact and alignment with event goals.
  • Lead the high-volume development and meticulous management of pre-event materials, speaking proposals, and final presentation decks within a fast-paced, frequently evolving environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Brand, Corporate Marketing, or Communications, with at least 5 years specifically within the dynamic healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating executive presence, successfully collaborating with business, technical, and clinical senior executives to develop high-stakes presentations.
  • Strong clinical literacy, with the ability to effectively search, understand, and interpret medical literature to provide robust evidence for presentation messaging.
  • Mastery in storytelling, showcasing the ability to ingest large amounts of siloed, technical information and expertly translate it into digestible, impactful, and "non-sales" narratives.
  • High level of proficiency in essential technical tools, including Google Slides/Docs and Microsoft PowerPoint/Word.
  • Highly accountable project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage 40+ complex projects annually with simultaneous deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in growing annual customer events from hundreds to thousands of attendees, demonstrating strategic event content scaling.
  • Demonstrable success in securing speaking invitations for major thought leadership events (e.g., TED, industry-leading summits), showcasing influence and networking capabilities.
  • Specific understanding of musculoskeletal care, pain management, or digital health dynamics, bringing specialized knowledge to the role.
