This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, starting as soon as possible, with an initial duration through the end of September and potential for extension. Your work will directly influence the visual identity and campaign success of various brands, ensuring every piece of communication is polished, effective, and aligned with strategic goals.

The Opportunity

This role calls for a production-oriented designer who thrives on bringing creative visions to life with precision and speed. You will be the trusted expert who takes initial concepts and directions from the creative team, applying your keen design judgment to produce a strong final product. This is a chance to play a pivotal role in the execution phase, ensuring that every design not only meets but exceeds expectations for quality and brand consistency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing a wide range of digital and social media assets.
  • Creating compelling paid media and campaign assets.
  • Designing print collateral including brochures, postcards, one-sheets, and signage.
  • Producing event and environmental graphics.
  • Developing brand guidelines and templates.
  • Adapting and resizing existing creative across multiple channels and formats.
  • Preparing final files for both print and digital production.
  • Potentially assisting with light motion/video or presentation animation.
  • Designing client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Managing high-volume production and adaptation, including resizing campaigns and updating copy/images.
  • Building multiple versions of assets and formatting decks.
  • Preparing print-ready files and implementing last-minute client changes without compromising quality.

What You Bring

We are looking for a mid-level professional with 5-8+ years of experience who possesses a robust skill set and a commitment to excellence.

  • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and color.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of design and production.
  • Proven ability to follow and maintain strict brand standards.
  • Extensive production and file-preparation knowledge for both print and digital media.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable taking creative direction and incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, and account teams.
  • Highly organized and reliable in project execution.
  • A professional portfolio demonstrating real-world marketing and brand work, showcasing practical application over conceptual design.

Tools You'll Master

Non-negotiable:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • PowerPoint / Google Slides

Nice to have:

  • Figma
  • After Effects / basic motion
  • Premiere Pro or other basic video editing software

Work Schedule & Flexibility

This role involves an average of 10 hours of work per week. We require availability for meetings and calls during a portion of business hours for at least two weekdays. Project turnaround times can vary, from 24 hours for urgent tasks to 3-4 days for others. Ideally, you would have the flexibility to be available for occasional in-person collaboration for larger project kick-offs or team reviews.
