About the Role

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be a pivotal creative force within the team, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing premium 2D graphics and dynamic motion assets that transform physical environments and retail spaces. You will collaborate closely with creative leadership to develop compelling, highly responsive visual design systems that span a diverse portfolio of hardware products. This role requires a specialist who can seamlessly integrate static and dynamic media, from managing high-fidelity print production workflows for large-scale architectural installations to crafting engaging motion assets, digital display content, and kinetic typography that enrich the retail journey and captivate audiences. Your work will directly shape how users experience cutting-edge technology in physical spaces, making a tangible impact on brand perception and user engagement worldwide.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the concept, design, and layout development for premium 2D graphics and dynamic motion assets in physical and retail settings.
  • Create detailed designs, sketches, and mood boards to effectively visualize concepts and communicate ideas to the team.
  • Develop dynamic motion content, including kinetic typography, for digital displays and devices to enhance the physical-to-digital narrative flow within retail environments.
  • Define the look and feel of creative assets for various channels, proposing optimal placement, hierarchy, consistency, and storytelling within the channel, while incorporating content art direction from program creatives.
  • Partner with the team to ensure design systems and components are adaptable and flexible across different channels.
  • Maintain stringent brand consistency across all visual and retail content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and the overall aesthetic.
  • Synthesize feedback from multiple sources and iterate rapidly on design concepts.
  • For complex or key work streams, provide input and collaborate with other team members such as Photo Art Directors, Designers, Producers, and Production to bring concepts to life.


Required Qualifications



  • An online portfolio demonstrating a strong visual design aesthetic and impactful executions, highlighting your direct contributions.
  • Comfort and experience designing across various campaigns and channels, including motion, print, and out-of-home (OOH).
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and find creative solutions to brand and business challenges.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a visual or graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software.


Preferred Qualifications



  • A genuine passion for design and technology.
  • Enthusiasm for developing, mentoring, or inspiring other designers.
  • Previous experience as a designer within a creative agency or an in-house team.
  • Demonstrated inclusive behaviors both within your teams and across design initiatives.
