We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the operational and logistics backbone of our Go-To-Market team. This pivotal role offers an incredible entry point into our ecosystem, providing deep visibility into global brand strategy, market trends, and product commercialization. You will directly influence how our innovative products reach consumers, ensuring seamless execution and driving market success across global regions and with key retailers. Your contributions will be essential in bringing groundbreaking products from concept to consumer, playing a critical part in our global market success.

Key Responsibilities



  • Extract and analyze performance data across global markets and key retailers to inform strategic decisions and create impactful weekly and monthly business status reports for regional and executive teams.
  • Assist with market dimensioning by gathering market-specific industry data and constructing visual price comparisons to inform global pricing strategy.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize crucial master trackers on collaboration platforms, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Manage the seasonal updating of sampling catalogs, collaborating with supply chain and marketing teams on new and discontinued sample items, artwork, and technical codes.
  • Coordinate the allocation, logistics, and shipping of product samples to meet local market compliance and operational needs.
  • Oversee the global product closet, managing inventory, organization, and shipping for international market requests, retailer pitches, press events, executive reviews, content shoots, and global training events.
  • Structure, clean, and organize digital libraries and collaboration sites to ensure global teams have instant access to necessary assets.
  • Draft and distribute critical business memos, brand updates, and launch catalogs to international markets.
  • Assist with purchase order creation and track relevant department expenses.
  • Coordinate high-profile internal meetings, executive reviews, and retailer presentations, including venue scouting, complex audiovisual setups, and catering.
  • Partner with the digital team to prepare launch book presentations and manage digital asset organization within internal databases.
  • Collaborate with external digital agencies to upload and publish learning content globally, supporting creative asset logistics and share-outs.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • High comfort level working with data, demonstrated by intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to design sleek and professional presentations.
  • Outstanding ability to multitask, prioritize urgent market requests, and manage physical inventory simultaneously.

  • Prior experience with industry databases, enterprise resource planning software, or collaboration platforms.
  • A genuine satisfaction from building efficient systems, organizing digital architecture, and maintaining an immaculate physical product closet.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, actively seeking to understand data implications and streamline workflows without prompting.
  • An assertive communication style, understanding diverse cultural and business needs across global markets, and confidently asking clarifying questions to ensure precise execution.
