Job Duties Receive and prepare aged pepper mashfor the blending process. Operate blending and mixing equipmentto produce TABASCO products according to established recipes. Weigh and measure ingredientsaccurately to ensure product consistency and quality. Handle, move, and transport pepper mash barrelsusing a forklift, grabber attachment, or similar equipment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitationof the blending area and equipment. Store ingredients properlyand ensure materials are available for production. FollowGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)and all safety procedures. Perform quality checks. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Able to pass a Forklift Training Certification Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
