About the Role Join a growing Endocrinology practice providing care for adult patients with a variety of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and hormonal imbalances. Providers work closely with physicians and APCs in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong mentorship and support.

  • Option for a 4-day or 5-day work week
  • No nights

  • No inpatient call
  • Average 16-20 patients per day
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant and support staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine and metabolic conditions
  • Collaborate closely with Endocrinologists and Advanced Practice Clinicians
  • Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing management of chronic endocrine disorders
  • Participate in a team-based care model with strong physician mentorship

Required Qualifications

  • National NP certification (AANP or ANCC) or PA certification (NCCPA), or ability to obtain before employment
  • Three years of Endocrinology experience
  • Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • EMR proficiency

Preferred Qualification

  • Epic EMR experience preferred

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $113,000 - $173,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
