Join Our Spiro*Verse THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US. We are seeking an experienced monday.com Solution Architect to own the strategic design, governance, and evolution of our enterprise monday.com ecosystem. This global role sits above our Super User community and acts as the central authority for how monday.com is designed, scaled, and adopted across the organization. The successful candidate will work across regions and functions to translate business needs into scalable workflow solutions, ensuring our platform operates as one connected ecosystem rather than a collection of independent departmental solutions. You will combine business process expertise, solution architecture, governance, and stakeholder leadership to ensure monday.com delivers measurable business value, improves ways of working, and supports our long-term digital transformation goals. About You You are an experienced Solution Architect, Business Systems Architect, or Enterprise Platform Specialist with a strong understanding of workflow design, digital transformation, and business process optimization. You operate comfortably between business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You are also an effective people leader, with the ability to coach, develop, and manage direct reports, fostering high-performing teams while supporting individual growth and accountability. You will bring:
