The Impact You'll Make

As a key member of our People Analytics team, you will be instrumental in leveraging data to provide strategic insights that support senior leadership and drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will develop and deliver executive-level reports and dashboards, analyze complex workforce trends, and ensure the integrity of crucial data. Your work will directly contribute to understanding and optimizing talent acquisition, retention, diversity, and succession planning, making a tangible difference in how the organization manages its most valuable asset: its people. This role offers a unique chance to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translate business needs into powerful analytics, and see your contributions shape strategic outcomes.

What You'll Do



  • Analyze, maintain, and report on comprehensive workforce data, including metrics related to hiring, attrition, headcount, diversity, education, and succession planning, to inform business and HR strategies.
  • Develop, update, and distribute sophisticated executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reports tailored for senior leadership and organizational reporting.
  • Query, validate, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using various tools to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Support annual, regulatory, and ad hoc reporting requirements by expertly gathering data, performing in-depth analysis, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to deeply understand their reporting needs, translate complex business requirements into meaningful analytics, and provide data-driven solutions.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant analytics and reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective and meaningful reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across various teams.
  • Capacity to assess and analyze diverse information, formulate sound recommendations, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including advanced expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, manipulation, and working with large datasets).
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A valid Driver's License.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience in HR or People Analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with workforce reporting, regulatory reporting, executive dashboard development, succession planning analytics, and diversity and inclusion reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Python is a significant advantage.


Compensation

The target hiring compensation range for this W2 role is $60-$65/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Location

This is a HYBRID opportunity in NYC (requires working onsite 3 days / week and 2 days remote) 0 on;ly local candiates will be considered.
