What You'll Do:
  • Leads the preparation and execution of internal audits within established manufacturing and production controls to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications and standards.
  • Liaises with auditing groups and inspectors to develop formal written reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identifies trends in discrepancies and collaborates with process owners on the refinement and optimization of business processes.
  • Oversees testing department activities and work of inspectors.
  • Reviews, approves, and controls work order flow tags.
  • Develops inspection techniques, tools, and supplemental inspection instructions in support of standards, methods and procedures.
  • Participates in supplier corrective and preventative actions, including customer escapes, process nonconformities, supplier corrective actions, customer and change control, and material review board meetings.
  • Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks.
  • Communicates with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information.
  • Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines.
  • Works to achieve operational targets that impact team results.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ months of experience in Soldering

What Sets You Apart:
  • Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge.
  • Knowledge or experience with ISO9001/AS9100
  • Knowledge of MES and/or PDM is helpful
  • Teamwork
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.
