What You'll Do

As an RN Supervisor, you'll be a key leader on our Skilled Nursing team, helping create an environment where patients receive compassionate, consistent care and nursing professionals have the support and direction they need to succeed. You'll oversee daily clinical operations, develop and support your team, and help ensure an exceptional experience for patients and families.

  • Lead and coordinate daily patient care activities within your assigned area.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and support to nursing and patient care staff.
  • Ensure care is delivered in accordance with nursing standards, evidence-based practices, and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Support staff development, education, and professional growth.
  • Promote a positive patient and family experience through compassionate, respectful service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement initiatives that enhance quality and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Previous experience in Nursing Leadership preferred.

Certification: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

License: Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.

Other: Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of nursing care. Ability to participate in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve the delivery of care. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of finance to support the development and management of the budget plan. Certification in Nursing Administration or appropriate specialty.
