MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in secure cloud platform engineering, Kubernetes operations, and policyascode enforcement. This senior role supports missioncritical defense programs and requires deep technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in high-assurance environments. Key Responsibilities * Manage and operate Azure Government (IL5) and Azure Secret (IL6) environments * Architect secure Kubernetes platforms using FluxCD, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps methodologies * Build and maintain Terraform configurations for Azure, GitLab, Artifactory, and developer platforms * Deploy and administer Coder Enterprise v2 for secure cloud-based development * Develop hardened container images and Helm releases for regulated workloads * Implement policyascode using OPA, Rego, Gatekeeper, and advanced validation pipelines * Engineer air-gapped deployment workflows and secure artifact transfer mechanisms * Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance, security, and platform reliability Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field * 15+ years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or secure cloud/platform engineering * Active U.S. Secret clearance * U.S. citizenship Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a technical discipline * 20+ years of relevant professional experience * Experience supporting Department of Defense or intelligence community systems #LI-JJ1 Interesting Work: Our co-workers support some of the most important and critical programs to our national defense and security.
