Harkcon is seeking a proposal-contingent Senior Management Analyst 1 to support analysis, reporting, document review, logistics, and program coordination for FEMA National Training and Education Division (NTED) Training Partners Program (TPP).

Security and Suitability: Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability required. Some positions may require higher clearance levels based on task order needs.

Location: National Capital Region (Virginia, Maryland, DC) with hybrid and remote options possible depending on role and Government direction.

Responsibilities

The Senior Management Analyst 1 will:

  • Support analysis, reporting, and review activities tied to training program oversight.
  • Track actions, maintain documentation, and support deliverable development.
  • Assist with data collection, quality checks, records organization, and coordination across stakeholders.
  • Support review logistics, course materials processing, meeting preparation, and administrative execution.
  • Contribute to timely, clear, and complete work products aligned to QASP expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal program management, training programs, emergency management, preparedness, or quality review processes.
  • Strong writing, coordination, spreadsheet, tracking, and reporting skills.
  • Experience supporting distributed teams and multiple concurrent deadlines.

Additional Details

This is a part-time role based on task order demand, with hybrid and remote options possible depending on role and Government direction. Candidate must be able to maintain continuity and availability throughout the period of performance.
