Our organization provides contract interpretation, dispute resolution, contract risk analysis and counsel to Motorola's various lines of business to achieve margin, revenue and cash collection goals. Job DescriptionThe Post-Award Senior Commercial Contracts Manager is responsible for post-award contract management within a highly technical environment associated with Land Mobile Radio (LMR), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) contracting. This role ensures the successful completion of contract implementation and maintenance phases in accordance with the terms of each agreement. The role requires strong proficiency in contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and negotiation, along with the ability to deliver strategic and tactical recommendations that achieve favorable outcomes. The Contracts Manager serves as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and support organizations, communicating contract interpretations with sound reasoning and clear, persuasive recommendations. The role also oversees Change Order Management through an electronic contract management system. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Target Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
