Solutions Delivery Analyst 3

The Solution Delivery Analyst serves as a vital business representative for various initiatives, ensuring that stakeholder satisfaction and business value are realized through the delivery of technology solutions. This role requires a deep sense of curiosity to understand the current state and work objectively to develop clear solution requirements through influence, facilitation, and communication. The individual is expected to map process flows, capture requirements, create user stories, document findings in a format understandable to both stakeholders and technology teams, and thoroughly test the developed application to ensure a high-quality product is released to production. Adaptability in messaging to suit the audience and bridging the communication gap between different stakeholder groups is essential. This role involves working closely with stakeholders such as Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Development Teams to support risk management activities related to project or effort scope. Driving consensus toward a solution and facilitating communication among all parties is critical. Establishing a close relationship built on trust, transparency, and collaboration with both business partners and IT teams is paramount to ensuring alignment and success. The Solution Delivery Analyst will take an emissary approach in fostering change management between our IT and business partners, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.

* Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Snowflake, Power Platforms Specific Knowledge, Skill, and Ability.
* Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
* Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents related to Salesforce Sales & Service and Marketing Cloud.
* Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
* Provide support for Salesforce Sales & Service and Marketing Cloud enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
* Proficiency in SQL to query and manipulate data from databases.
* Exposure with enterprise data integration services such as: Mulesoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services.
* Understanding of data models (relational, dimensional) and data normalization concepts.
* Expertise in Data Mapping.
* Familiarity with Data Governance and Cataloging.
* Understand the relevance and organization of the data as well as the structure and statistical significance of the data (e.g., trend analysis).

* Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience required
* 6 or more years of experience preferred
* Relevant Certifications Preferred such as:
o PMP or CBAP
o SAFe Certification or experience working with SAFe/Agile Methodology
o MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
o MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
o Salesforce Administrator
o Salesforce Business Analyst
o Salesforce CPQ Specialist
o Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

Supervisory Responsibilities:
* None

Travel:
* Up to 15% and overnight travel may be expected
* Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:
* This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc

Work Environment:
* Works primarily in a professional office environment
