Director, Commercial Execution USA - Digital Health (SilentCloud)

Lead the commercial execution and growth of SilentCloud's digital health solutions across the United States. In this highly visible leadership role, you will drive adoption, build strategic partnerships, and deliver measurable business results by collaborating with healthcare providers, Veterans Affairs (VA), telehealth organizations, point-of-service partners, and payer organizations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

* Execute the U.S. commercial strategy across Veterans Affairs (VA), telehealth, point-of-service clinics, and strategic partners to drive business growth and adoption.

* Own commercial performance metrics including prescriptions, customer activation, subscriptions, and ongoing solution utilization while implementing corrective actions as needed.

* Develop and strengthen partnerships with payer organizations, health systems, telehealth providers, and institutional customers to expand market reach.

* Lead engagement, education, and key account management activities with audiologists, ENTs, telehealth providers, and other healthcare professionals.

* Monitor partner performance by establishing objectives, tracking results, and driving accountability for commercial outcomes.

* Leverage CRM data and key performance indicators to provide transparent reporting and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Legal, and Operations to successfully execute commercial initiatives and support business objectives.

More about you:

* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

* 8-12+ years of commercial leadership experience within U.S. healthcare, digital health, medical device, or a related industry.

* Experience working with Veterans Affairs (VA), payer organizations, or large healthcare systems is strongly preferred.

* Demonstrated success executing commercial strategies and achieving measurable business performance goals.

* Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and experience navigating regulated healthcare environments.

* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and strategic partners.

* Experience utilizing CRM systems, data, and analytics to drive commercial decision-making and business performance.

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.

This role's pay range is between: $163,000 - $238,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
