The Senior Executive Assistant to the Provost provides high level executive, administrative, and strategic support to the Provost and the Provost's Office. This role includes managing complex scheduling and communications, overseeing daily operations of the Provost Office and the executive assistant functions, and ensuring the efficient execution of office priorities. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. The Senior Executive Assistant also plays a key leadership role in coordinating campus requests, supporting executive searches and shared governance, and managing university events, while ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the Provost's Office. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $54,000-$69,700 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. The University of Missouri provides generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions that add to your bottom line.
