About the Role

The Finance team is looking for aPrincipalAnalyst, Change Enablementfor the global finance innovation initiative, Finance Forward,toplay a key role in driving the strategy and success of multiple connected projects driving sustainablechangeacross our financial processes and capabilities to scale for future growth. This role willinterface withthe finance leadership team in creating and implementing change management strategies within the organization. They will work to ensure future projects are tied to advancing finance strategy while inspiring, driving, and supporting continuous improvement. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to be located at multiple BSC locations.

TheFinance ForwardChange EnablementPrincipal Analystwill report toProgram Director, Change Enablementwithin thetransformation officeteam, with oversight from the Change Management Lead.As part of the team, this role willbe responsible fordeploymentof changeactivation strategies, capture and dispositionofchange impacts, stakeholder management, end-user change journeyactivities, andcoordinatingprogram communicationswith the communications manager.The culture of theteam is to work as a group and be flexible and willing to jump into the broader team responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Developandexecutebusiness specific change plans, collaborating with workstream teams,ensuring the journey is relevant and tailored to each business area/teamimpactedby the change,leveragingteam's change playbook


  • Identifyand manage all relevant stakeholder groups, build relationships and understanding in support of a more enhanced change experience


  • Analyzecomplexdatato define the change impacts and associated change interventionsrequiredin the change plan, includingconductingtraining needs analysis and definingtraining strategy.


  • Support engagementof Change Championsacrossdifferent workstream initiatives, as part of the wider Program to build momentum around the change


  • Communicate upcoming changesviavarious forums,identifyactions needed by project teams and relevant stakeholders, ensuringengagementandsupport from the current to future state


  • Evaluate the adoption across the business areasimpactedby the changethrough multiple forms of measurement (i.e.focus groups, surveys, analytics), adjusting course accordingly


  • Build awareness with projectteam members in Change Management strategy to buildadditionalcapabilities within and across wider changeteam


  • Coordinate with the team communications managerto develop effective artifacts toadvisestakeholders in the change process


  • Build relationships and confidence to influence at a senior levelinside the organization



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives within a large, complex organization
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, or a related role
  • Experience developing and executing change management strategies and plans for cross-functional business initiatives
  • Experience designing and implementing stakeholder engagement and change adoption strategies across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience analyzing business impacts and translating findings into actionable change interventions, including training needs and adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate effectively with leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint



Preferred Qualifications



  • Master's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP)
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide or global business transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP implementations, or large-scale business process change programs
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience developing change measurement strategies using surveys, analytics, focus groups, and other adoption metrics
  • Experience building and enabling Change Champion networks or similar change ambassador programs
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and project teams on change management practices and build organizational change capability
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while driving continuous improvement and sustainable adoption of change

Maximum Salary: $202900

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
