About The Position The Senior Product Ownerhasa key role in Agile development, responsible for maximizing the value of a product. TheSeniorProduct Owner acts as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, translating their needs and vision into actionable tasks for the development team. This positionis responsible forexecutingthe product vision,managing the product backlog,and collaborating with various teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals. Qualifications- Senior Product Owner
Bachelor's degreerequired,master's degree preferred. 5+ yearsof experience withproject/process improvement workrequired 2+ years full-timeProduct Owner or similaragile teamexperiencerequired SAFeProduct Owner / Product Manager Certification (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or other leading Product Owner certification (within 12 months).

#LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: $88,500.00 - $172,200.00
* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
