Impact You'll Make

As a Project Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of client engagements across the firm. Working closely with Managing Directors, engagement teams, and internal business partners, you will coordinate engagement operations, manage project administration, and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service and compliance with firm policies.

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for client engagements from initiation through completion.
  • Help engagement teams deliver high-quality client service by managing project logistics, financial administration, and engagement documentation.
  • Support efficient project execution through proactive coordination of staffing, budgets, billing, and project tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with engagement teams and internal business functions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance engagement processes and administrative workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate client onboarding, engagement setup, and project initiation activities.
  • Partner with Managing Directors and engagement teams to support project planning, staffing, and resource coordination.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and engagement timelines to help ensure successful execution.
  • Track engagement budgets, work-in-process (WIP), and project financials, identifying potential issues and communicating updates to engagement leaders.
  • Prepare draft invoices and support the billing process in collaboration with finance and engagement teams.
  • Maintain accurate engagement documentation, project records, and administrative files.
  • Coordinate meetings, client communications, and project-related logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support engagement reporting by preparing project status updates and operational reports.
  • Resolve administrative issues and coordinate with internal business functions to facilitate project execution.
  • Ensure engagement activities comply with firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance project administration and operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting consulting, legal, accounting, financial advisory, or other professional services engagements.
  • Experience coordinating multiple client projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting project financial administration, including budgeting, work-in-process (WIP), invoicing, or reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate project needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn firm systems, processes, and project management tools.
  • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and building strong internal relationships.
