Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY This position requires a financial background (combination of education and experience) and a strong skillset in business intelligence tools and platforms. The position is part of the Finance Department's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Citizens Business Bank. This individual will support the FP&A Manager by maintaining and enhancing FP&A reporting systems (KCI CONTROL and Power BI), as well as conducting various internal financial reporting and analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings attention to detail, affinity for automation and process improvement, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes and report. The FP&A team is responsible for bank-wide financial performance analytics and strategic analysis that supports the executive team and key decision-makers. This includes monthly financial performance reports and analytics, quarterly and annual forecasts, and various strategic and ad hoc analyses. As a critical member of this small and dynamic team, you will be working directly with the FP&A Manager to help build the tools that support key decision-makers throughout the organization. LANGUAGE SKILLS This position requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions effectively. Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical literature, and government regulations. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
