Your Job As the Category Manager - Global Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics Services, you will lead the sourcing and strategy of Molex's global network of third-party warehousing and logistics partners. Working closely with network modeling, supply chain finance, operations, and regional experts, you will evaluate footprint opportunities, identify and negotiate with suppliers, and drive strategic projects that determine where and how products are stored and distributed across the world. This role requires deep expertise in warehousing and third-party logistics, along with strong supplier management, contract negotiation, cost analysis, and market intelligence capabilities to support a rapidly growing portfolio of global initiatives. Our Team Our team is responsible for enabling a resilient, cost-effective global logistics network that supports Molex's manufacturing, distribution, and customer fulfillment operations. We partner across the enterprise to design and optimize warehousing solutions, manage strategic supplier relationships, and execute high-impact investments that shape the future of our supply chain footprint. With the volume and complexity of projects expanding significantly, this team plays a critical role in supporting business growth through data-driven decision making and global collaboration. For this role, we anticipate paying $145,000 - $165,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
