Why You'll Love This Opportunity Hybrid work opportunity after successful completion of training Monday-Friday schedule with no overnight shifts Gain valuable healthcare industry experience Opportunity for career growth and advancement Supportive team environment Make a direct impact on patient care and access to services Stable, long-term assignment with promotion potential What You'll Do Patient Scheduling & Coordination * Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently * Confirm appointment details and communicate important information to patients * Coordinate scheduling needs while ensuring compliance with established procedures * Maintain scheduling accuracy and high-quality documentation Patient Support * Serve as a primary point of contact for patients over the phone * Answer appointment-related questions professionally and compassionately * Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity goals * Demonstrate empathy and patience during every interaction Documentation & Data Entry * Enter and audit patient information with a high degree of accuracy * Complete electronic documentation in a timely manner * Ensure patient records and appointment details are current and accurate * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Team Collaboration * Work closely with coworkers and leadership to support daily operations * Adapt to changing priorities and departmental needs * Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment Training & Work Environment * Initial training will be conducted onsite * Training period is approximately 4-6 weeks * Following training, employees may be eligible for hybrid or remote work based on performance, productivity, and workspace requirements * Collaborative team environment utilizing phone systems, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Teams Required Qualifications 2+ years of recent call center experience Strong customer service and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Experience with data entry and computer systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Professional phone presence Empathy and compassion when working with patients Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively Adaptability and willingness to support various teams as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Healthcare scheduling, registration, or administrative experience Experience working in high-volume customer service environments What Makes a Great Candidate?
