*Job Description* *Role Summary*
*This role is responsible for the intake, review, and preparation of Unusual Activity Referrals (UARs) originating from the Legacy Enterprise Fraud team. The position serves as a critical link between Fraud Operations and Investigations, ensuring referrals are complete, accurate, and actionable for downstream investigative teams.* *Key Responsibilities* * *UAR Intake & Case Creation* * *Receive, review, and process Unusual Activity Referrals (UARs) from the Legacy Enterprise Fraud team.* * Create and properly document investigation cases within the designated case management system. * *Case Development & Documentation* * *Compile comprehensive case narratives by clearly outlining the *Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How of each referral. * Ensure all cases meet quality and completeness standards to support efficient investigation and decision-making. * *Information Gathering & Follow-up* * *Identify gaps or missing details within submitted referrals.* * Proactively engage with Fraud teams and other stakeholders to obtain necessary supporting information and documentation. * *Stakeholder Collaboration* * *Partner closely with Fraud Operations and Investigations teams to ensure smooth case handoffs and alignment on priorities.* * Provide clarification, context, and additional insights as needed to support investigative efforts. * *Quality Assurance & Risk Awareness* * *Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all case work.* * Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to fraud detection and escalation. * *Process Improvement* * *Identify opportunities to enhance referral quality, workflows, and documentation standards.* * Contribute to ongoing process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce case rework. *Qualifications* BSA/AML or Fraud Investigations 3+ years Strong verbal and written communicator, prior Verafin and/or Symitar systems knowledge preferred. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of St Paul, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
