*Description*
The individual in this role is accountable for AAA infrastructure tool and service designs within one or more technical domains that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards, and policies. This role facilitates deployment of AAA tools and services by leading other infrastructure engineers in solution development, in addition to the development and maintenance of templates, playbooks, implementation patterns, and automation used during delivery. This individual will demonstrate a high level of technical expertise within AAA platforms, services, and integrations, and will be responsible for translating business and technology requirements into scalable, resilient, and supportable AAA solutions. They also demonstrate the ability to decompose issues or objectives into units of work that can be assigned to other team members. They advocate and advance more efficient solution delivery practices and evangelize strong design, engineering, and organizational practices. Key Responsibilities: * Confirm that application, security, and business requirements have been translated into AAA technical definitions, reference models, implementation patterns, and playbooks to guide development and integration of technology solutions. * Lead delivery of AAA product demand and requirements by shaping technical solutions that are scalable, resilient, supportable, and aligned to enterprise standards. * Mentor infrastructure resources on AAA services, implementation methods, validation practices, and operational service requirements. * Review and guide the evaluation of technical designs, reference models, implementation approaches, and playbooks to ensure they are fit for purpose. * Review and may develop software or automation solutions that address manual, repeatable, or inefficient work related to AAA infrastructure delivery and support. * Assist and mentor engineers by ensuring AAA technology solutions comply with enterprise system design, engineering, security, and operational standards. * Contribute to the creation and selection of functional and non-functional product evaluation requirements for AAA tools and services within and across domains. * Review and guide the execution of evaluations, testing, and technical assessments of AAA-related products or capabilities being considered for adoption or enhancement. * Partner with architecture, operations, support, and stakeholder teams to ensure delivered services meet implementation, support, and lifecycle expectations. * Help manage technical demand by decomposing delivery objectives into actionable units of work and guiding team execution across competing priorities. * Ensure delivered AAA services are operationally sound, including readiness for monitoring, resiliency, support, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement. * Promote an inclusive and healthy working environment and help resolve organizational impediments and cross-team blockers affecting delivery. *Skills* AAA, engineering, infrastructure *Top Skills Details* AAA,engineering,infrastructure *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Strong experience designing, delivering, and implementing AAA infrastructure tools and services in a complex enterprise environment. * Advanced technical knowledge of AAA platforms, authentication models, authorization controls, accounting or activity tracking capabilities, and associated infrastructure service dependencies. * Experience translating business, security, and operational requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and scalable service solutions. * Strong understanding of infrastructure service design, resiliency, high availability, performance, and operational support expectations for production-grade AAA services. * Experience building or guiding templates, playbooks, standards, and implementation patterns that improve consistency and repeatability of AAA service deployment. * Ability to evaluate current-state services and proposed enhancements to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to enterprise standards and policies. * Experience leading or mentoring engineers in solution development, implementation methods, validation practices, and operational readiness activities. * Strong understanding of access control concepts, secure service integration, policy enforcement models, and governance considerations relevant to AAA services. * Experience working across engineering, architecture, operations, risk, and support stakeholders to align service delivery with broader technology and business objectives. * Familiarity with lifecycle management activities for infrastructure services, including onboarding, upgrades, defect remediation, supportability improvement, and retirement planning. * Ability to decompose complex technical objectives into actionable work items and guide team execution across multiple initiatives or demand items. * Experience reviewing or contributing to functional and non-functional requirements for infrastructure product demand, including capacity, security, resiliency, and support considerations *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
