Join our team as a Patient Scheduling Specialist where you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care they need by coordinating appointments, managing critical information, and delivering exceptional service with every interaction. What You'll Do * Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently while providing a positive experience. * Communicate important appointment and case details with patients and internal teams. * Ensure all patient and case information is documented and maintained accurately in electronic systems. * Review and audit electronic records to support quality and compliance standards. * Follow established scheduling policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence. * Collaborate with colleagues, providers, and leadership to support patient care goals. * Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. What We're Looking For * 2+ years of recent call center or customer service experience * Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and respond professionally in a dynamic environment * Adaptability and willingness to support different teams and departments as business needs evolve * Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help patients during every interaction * Ability to maintain quality and composure while working under pressure Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Location: Onsite for 4-6 weeks , work from home after fully trained and adherence to attendance and performance expectations Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
