TEKsystems has a client beginning* a ERP migration project moving from a legacy ERP system to Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). The client is looking for functional resource for either a 2 year contract role or possible 2 year FTE role (can be discussed on an initial introduction call). Role can sit remote with travel need to colorado as often as 1 week a month (expenses included). * We have 3 needs open - one in Finance, one in Manufacturing andone in Supply Chain This is the Supply Chain role description For a new Infor ERP implementation, our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Warehouse & Procurement Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipping processes through correct configuration and guidance. You will be the primary subject matter expert for all supply chain, warehouse, and procurement modules - including Factory Track operational flows - providing user support, system setup, and technical solution documentation. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track. Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping issues. Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration. Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure-to-pay (P2P) and warehouse execution through system settings and workflows. Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement domains. Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements. Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems. 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse. 5-8 years ERP experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions. Solid understanding of procure-to-pay, inventory control, and multi-site material flows. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues. Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Certifications Infor Certified LN Cloud Logistics Consultant (preferred, not required) Infor Certified CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) Associate (preferred, not required) Reporting & Work Environment Reports to: Business Systems Manager Works closely with: Finance & Compliance Analyst, Manufacturing / Projects / Service Analyst, ERP Platform Admin, Developer / Integration Engineer, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations. Location: Remote, Hybrid, or onsite in Colorado. Schedule: Primarily business hours with occasional after-hours testing or cutovers.
