Lactalis USA is currently hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Buffalo, New York.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing support in a HR environment by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall recruitment strategy attracts, recruits, and selects high-performing employees that drive the business forward. Full-life-cycle recruiting involves partnering with hiring managers; sourcing candidates; delivering creative and proactive solutions, and providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection. You will lead and/or support projects that focus on improving the candidate experience and recommend processes and tools that drive a successful recruitment model.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process from in-take to offer acceptance including job postings, sourcing, pre-screen, interview scheduling, and preparing and extending offers for Operations, Supply Chain, and related technical departments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to create a best in class hiring experience for internal partners and candidates.
  • Create and manage comprehensive recruiting strategies, selection criteria, recruitment processes and procedures, and leveraging internal and external resources to hire top talent.
  • Build and maintain an external talent pipeline; and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities.
  • Providing research and statistical information, collecting, preparing, and analyzing information to use as resources for Talent Acquisition.
  • Lead relationships and strategic partnerships with target universities and colleges, driving on-campus initiatives, career fairs, and networking events.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Occasional Travel to company sites or partner universities is required.
  • Extended hours may be necessary depending on the project needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 4+ years agency and/or in-house recruiting experience
  • Knowledge and experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting sites (i.e. Indeed)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
  • Power BI experience / knowledge ++
