As a key member of the Communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the external messaging ecosystem, adapting customer communications, and ensuring the brand voice scales flawlessly. You will proactively track product and service development within complex cross-functional processes to keep all communications aligned with the latest milestones. This role demands top-tier copywriting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and robust project management capabilities, blending creative marketing writing with the operational rigor needed to build strong relationships across internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities:**

* Produce clear, engaging, and on-brand marketing copy for a variety of customer-facing channels, collateral, and marketing initiatives.

* Support and adapt customer communications strategies and localized messaging as the company rapidly expands its cutting-edge service into new markets.

* Proactively track product and service development across complex cross-functional processes, ensuring the Communications & Marketing team stays ahead of upcoming milestones and feature launches.

* Create and maintain comprehensive communications playbooks for service launches and market expansions, ensuring teams are equipped with pre-approved messaging and operational FAQs.

* Support the maintenance and updating of the platform's external messaging ecosystem - including the website, emails, key customer documents, support scripts - ensuring all copy is updated to conform with complex product and service milestones.

* Help bridge the gap between Communications & Marketing, Product, and Customer Operations by assisting with copy drafting, reviewing materials for brand alignment, and facilitating cross-functional workflows to address identified communication gaps.

* Maintain project trackers and prepare presentation materials for monthly syncs and internal communications meetings.

* Support the creative process and logistical management for brand initiatives, including the naming of new service offerings, product features, and service elements.

* Assist in creating brand voice documentation, self-serve guides, playbooks, and strategic frameworks for scalable operational and customer support scenarios.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 4-8 years of experience as a communications manager or marketing copywriter in the technology industry, supported by a background in brand marketing, corporate communications, product marketing, and/or public relations.

* Peerless written and verbal communication skills with a proven portfolio of compelling customer-facing copy.

* Proven ability to proactively track complex product and service development processes and develop clear customer messaging for feature updates.

* Service-first, bridge-building collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments (Product, Operations, Support, Marketing).

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional projects within tight deadlines.

* Highly detail-oriented and organized.

* Ability to react quickly, navigate ambiguity, and use good judgment as needed.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience scaling communications for market expansions or new city launches.

* Experience with Product Marketing in the technology industry.

* Experience with Product Content Design.

* Experience using AI tools to drive efficiencies.

* Experience in transportation, technology, digital platforms, or innovative vehicle communications.

* Familiarity with marketing copywriting or customer support script development.

* Bachelor's Degree.
