Are you a highly organized and dynamic recruiting professional ready to make a significant impact on talent acquisition within a vital industry? We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our client's team, playing a crucial role in shaping their workforce and supporting critical organizational initiatives. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in attracting, screening, and onboarding top talent, directly contributing to the client's ability to deliver essential services and achieve its strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a high volume of full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

* Support recruitment staff and actively contribute to reorganization initiatives, adapting to evolving talent needs.

* Assist in conducting new hire orientations, particularly for unionized roles, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members.

* Leverage various job boards and innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.

* Maintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, consistently delivering high-quality work.

* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive recruitment results and achieve hiring targets.

* Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets with numerous data points to track applicant status and report weekly progress.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Experience working with a high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.

* Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Proficient in creating Excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis.

* Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders.

* Must have a Bachelor's Degree.

**Desired Qualifications:**

* Experience with unionized environments is a significant benefit.

* Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player.

* Proven track record to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables.

* Strong organizational skills.

* Razor-sharp attention to detail and accuracy in reporting statistics.

* A strong personality, with the ability to keep the team on track and in line.

* Experience working on Engineering-related roles, or within the utility or telecom sectors is a huge plus.
