The Project Manager, Web Digital Asset Transition will lead coordinated updates across Healthcare Professional (HCP), Healthcare Consumer (HCC), and eCommerce web properties. This role is responsible for planning, tracking, and driving website transition activities to ensure content, assets, metadata, URLs, PDFs, and videos are updated by target dates with minimal business disruption. The Project Manager will partner with web, IT, business, Digital Production, Compliance, and Legal teams to manage timelines, approvals, risks, and execution in alignment with required guidelines and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Website Updates:
- Project Planning and Execution:
Plan and schedule kickoffs with individual website owners/groups, defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines for the websites. - Conduct comprehensive asset inventories to identify all assets and touchpoints, determine the volume of content requiring change, and prioritize efforts for legal and regulatory compliance and business continuity.
- Track website progress for the websites through weekly meetings with web, IT, Business teams and the Digital Production team.
- Content and Branding Updates Management:
Oversee/coordinate decisions to affected websites to make changes, update, delink, or remove website PDFs and videos, ensuring they undergo proper review with new job codes. - Ensure changes are implemented across all web pages, to include updates to PDFs and videos on those pages.
- SEO/GEO Integration:
- Stakeholder Coordination and Approvals:
Manage the approval process for updates, coordinating with web, IT, Business teams, Digital Production team, Compliance and Legal, leveraging guidance from the organization.
Expected Outcomes:
- Ensure in-scope HCP, HCC, and eCommerce websites are updated by agreed target dates with minimal business disruption.
- Create a clear inventory of impacted web pages, PDFs, videos, URLs, metadata, owners, risks, and required approvals.
- Maintain business continuity by coordinating timing, dependencies, and decisions across web, IT, business, Digital Production, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Reduce rework and delays by defining roles, responsibilities, timelines, review paths, and escalation points at the start of each website transition.
- Support compliant execution by ensuring content, assets, job codes, metadata, and approvals follow required legal, regulatory, accessibility, and internal governance standards.
- Improve discoverability and user experience by coordinating SEO/GEO metadata updates, URL changes, and content updates in partnership with the appropriate web and search teams.
- Provide transparent status reporting so stakeholders can quickly understand progress, risks, blockers, decisions needed, and next steps.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience, marketing agency, marketing support, and/or digital channel innovation
- Ability to deal with high complexity projects and work in a highly regulated environment
- Proficiency in execution of marketing campaigns specific to web
- Subject matter expertise on HCP, HCC and eCommerce B2B websites
- Experience in writing guidance, playbooks and technical documentation
- Business Acumen, strategic thinking, problem solving and demonstrated understanding of end-to-end Digital Marketing Process.
- Passion for working with technology products and solving customer needs.
- Leadership and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders; displays strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Scrum/Agile experience: collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and project management skills as part of an Agile team
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise.
- Experience planning and rolling out new capabilities, and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-motivated approach.

Education Requirements:
The target hiring compensation for this role is $90-95K. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
