Your role
Instrumentation, Electrical & Controls Engineer You are an aspiring or early-career engineer who is eager to build a foundation in complex electrical and control systems. You are looking to kickstart your professional journey with a world market leader in sustainable turbomachinery solutions, working within a collaborative team of dedicated engineers. You possess strong analytical skills and a desire to learn how to design, understand, and test PLC-based control and safety systems for highly specialized process equipment. As an excellent communicator and positive team player, you thrive on learning new technical skills, taking ownership of assignments, and bringing them to simple, effective conclusions. The compensation range for this position is $97,564.90 - $168,112.15annually. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual bonus. About the Team: This role reports directly to the Instrumentation, Electrical, and Controls (IE&C) Engineering Manager within the Systems Engineering department. You will join a highly skilled sub-department of 7+ engineers in a role focused on mentorship, professional growth, and foundational skill development. Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Company LLC is located on the beautiful Central Coast of California. We manufacture a wide range of Turbo Expanders and equipment that support renewable energy as well as liquefied natural gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
