About the Job

We are seeking an exceptionally self-directed, proactive, and hands-on Operations & Process Specialist
to drive the execution and workflow integration of our Body Confident Sport (BCS) initiative. This is a
role for a true "doer" who does not wait for a checklist to be handed to them; you must be someone who naturally looks ahead, independently assesses workflows, and identifies what needs to be done. In this role, you will analyze how different areas of our program operate, independently figure out how
to merge overlapping workflows into cohesive systems, and document those processes clearly. You will
be the operational engine-not just tracking timelines, but actively executing day-to-day tasks,
anticipating roadblocks before they happen, and confidently leading team members through process
adoption. This position has the option of being hybrid or fully remote.
