Job Title:Sr. Analyst - Digital Tools, Solutions, & Data Management Department:Operational Excellence / Manufacturing Reporting to:Operational Excellence Director Level:Entry Level Location:NLR Manufacturing Site

Role purpose

The Digital Tools Solutions & Data Management Sr. Analyst supports the manufacturing site in improving operational performance through effective use of digital tools, reliable data, and clear reporting. The role helps maintain and improve digital solutions used across production, quality, supply chain, and operational excellence, while ensuring that site data is accurate, accessible, and useful for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the daily use and continuous improvement of site digital tools, includingSAP, Power BI,Solvace,Apriso,FlexNet, and Power Apps.
  • Support the internal packaging performance OEE tool (SPI)and the accuracy of this data
  • Act as a first level support contact for tool-related questions, data issues, and user requests.
  • Maintain and improve operational dashboards and reports,mainly throughPower BI, to monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality, service, waste, and downtime.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, andtimelyavailability across manufacturing systems and reports.
  • Assistin data collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis to support site performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
  • Support digitalization of manual or non-standard processes through simple solutions and workflow improvements.
  • Help prepare user guides, training materials, and standard documentation for digital tools and reporting practices.
  • Train and support end users to improve adoption, compliance, and best practices in tool usage and data management.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Operational Excellence teams.
  • Escalate system issues when needed and coordinate with central or regional support teams.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, orrelatedfield.Experience in cosmetics, industrial, or pharmaceutical environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Entry-levelprofile;experienced or newin manufacturing, operations, digital tools, or data analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following is preferred:SAP, Power BI,Solvace,Apriso,FlexNet, Power Apps.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
  • Good communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Organized, reliable, anddetail oriented.
  • Willingnessto learn quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Service-oriented attitude with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a multinational manufacturing environment.
