YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
Rosendin is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development, to support the company's strategic growth initiatives through market assessment, target sourcing, acquisition and investment evaluation, transaction execution, integration planning, and strategic project support. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, strategy, operations, finance, and business unit leaders to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, support M&A and strategic investments, and help build scalable corporate development capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, transaction experience, financial analysis, relationship-building, and operational problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop market maps through industry research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to support inorganic growth initiatives Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition, partnership, and strategic investment opportunities across priority sectors and adjacent markets Build relationships with founders, management teams, investment bankers, advisors, and industry contacts Partner closely with the Strategy team and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop investment theses and growth strategies Develop financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, investment memoranda, and executive presentation materials Lead due diligence activities and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, tax, and other business functions Assess strategic fit, cultural fit, integration complexity, operational risks, and value creation opportunities associated with potential transactions Lead transaction execution activities, integration planning, Day 1 readiness efforts, and post-close value creation initiatives Identify operational, financial, organizational, and integration-related issues and recommend practical solutions Develop and implement best practices, transaction processes, diligence frameworks, integration playbooks, and corporate development methodologies Support select cross-functional strategic initiatives related to scalability, integration readiness, finance transformation, and corporate growth infrastructure Assist executive leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
12+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields Demonstrated experience evaluating 50+ acquisition, partnership, and/or strategic investment opportunities and supporting multiple transactions across the M&A lifecycle, including target evaluation, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, closing, and integration planning Strong experience in financial analysis, valuation modeling, investment evaluation, business case development, and executive-level decision support Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, tax, and other business functions Demonstrated ability to identify operational, financial, organizational, and integration-related issues and implement practical solutions, process improvements, and best practices Experience assessing strategic fit, cultural fit, organizational readiness, integration complexity, and value creation opportunities associated with acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships Experience developing integration plans, Day 1 readiness activities, synergy assessments, and post-close value creation initiatives Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate independently with sound business judgment in an evolving and entrepreneurial environment CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation preferred

TRAVEL:
Ability to travel up to 30% to support management meetings, industry conferences, target company visits, due diligence activities, transaction execution, and post-close integration efforts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
