The Manager of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Operations responsibilities are to support HealthPartners quality, financial and service goals through professional management for the department practices. This role serves as the main point of contact for operationalizing practice-related initiatives involving the Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Department.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Business hours

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care or other related field.

    • 3-5 years experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial management.

    • Experience in lead, supervisory or management role.
