You don't have to travel far to find your next great opportunity! We are looking for a Diabetes Educator Certified (Dietitian) for Central Nursing. Under general supervision, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates several components of the diabetes education program at the diabetes and endocrine practice. Also serves as the diabetes nutritionists for patient education. Plans and conducts continuing education programs in diabetes and nutrition for allied professionals and the general public. Diabetes Educator will provide diabetes education to patients and their families in an outpatient setting. The educator will respond to phone calls from parents of newly diagnosed children and adolescents with diabetes and provide education to help bridge the transition from inpatient to outpatient diabetes care. The educator will respond to phone calls regarding sick day management and day-to-day type 1 and type 2 diabetes concerns. What awaits you!

Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
