Milwaukee, WI | 40 Hours/Week | First Shift Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking an Occupancy Specialist / Property Manager to oversee four HUD-subsidized housing communities in Milwaukee. In this role, you will help residents maintain stable housing while ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, property standards, and LSS policies. You'll manage tenant relations, occupancy requirements, rent collection, certifications, inspections, and day-to-day property operations. What You'll Do

Experience
