Execute and support day-to-day Construction Automation activities in support of construction execution and field operations

Serve as the primary on-site subject matter expert for Construction Automation systems, tools, and workflows

Own the day-to-day operation and performance of Construction Automation systems supporting field execution

Support deployment, configuration, and operation of approved Construction Automation systems in alignment with M&T standards

Monitor system usage, data quality, and workflow execution and resolve issuesimpactingdaily operations

Provide hands-on troubleshooting and operational support for site digital systems and integrations

Translate field execution needs and requests into practical automation solutions within approved standards and configurations

Supervise and coordinate the work of Construction Automation Specialists, as assigned

Support training, onboarding, and user adoption efforts for project teams and contractors

Identifyrecurring operational issues or risks and escalate systemic items as appropriate

Capture site-level issues and lessons learned and provide continuous improvement recommendations to the M&T Construction Automation function

Handsonexperienceconfiguring and supportingconstruction automation platforms and digital workflows in an EPC or construction environment

Strong understanding of construction workflows, field execution, and site-leveldata requirements

Experience supporting project controls, ES&H, quality, commissioning,and various otherfunctions anddisciplineson major capital projects

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system, workflow, and integration issues in active project environments

Experience supervisingandmentoring technical staff in a project setting

Strong communicationand coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across project management, field supervision, contractors, vendors, and client teams

Ability to translate technical requirements into practical, field-oriented solutions

Proven ability to drive user adoption and influence teams in a construction environment

Ability to prioritize and resolve issues in a fast-paced, active construction setting

Preferred / Helpful Qualifications

Experience with drone-based construction data capture and processing workflows (e.g., Propeller,DroneDeploy)

Hands-on experience supporting or administering Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs) in a project or site environment

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) supporting field use cases

Experience with construction/project platforms such as Procore, Hexagon Smart Completions,Setroute, or equivalent systems

Familiarity with data integration concepts between construction systems and reporting or analytics platforms

Experience supporting digital tools for turnover, commissioning, or completions

Prior experienceonlarge-scale industrial or manufacturing construction projects(semiconductor, battery, pharmaceutical, or similar)

Physical / Work Environment

Full-time assignment at an active construction project site

Significant timespent in field environments supporting crews directly

Requires walking, climbing, andworking inoutdoor conditions

May require travel across different areas of the project site
