What You Will Do:
- Greet and assist guests, customers, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reception desk duties, including phone calls, visitor check-in, temporary badges, and parking access.
- Support daily mailroom operations, including incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and tracking.
- Maintain office and first-aid supplies and help keep shared work areas organized.
- Assist with administrative projects, data entry, scanning, and other office support needs as assigned.

What You Will Need:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet and assist employees, visitors, and customers in a professional manner.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to office needs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment such as copiers, mail meters, and shipping systems preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work well with others, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
