* Manage and develop new customer accounts in the fire protection industry.

* Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

* Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and property managers.

* Provide customized fire protection solutions based on customer needs.

* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

* Negotiate and close sales contracts.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

* Work closely with inspection department and quote deficiencies in a timely manner.

* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in fire protection technology.

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the fire protection industry.

* Extensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and related codes and regulations.

* Strong sales and negotiation skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Self-motivated and results oriented.

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
