We're looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator to join our Projects team on nuclear projects in New Jersey

Anticipated Project Duration: July 2026 - March 2027

Project Coordinator - has the responsibility of coordinating the activities prior to field implementation and allowing the supervisors to focus on craft. This has been a proven performance enhancer at various sites.


  • The coordinator will meet with the project manager and engineering to discuss the design plan for the project. The coordinator will schedule a walk down utilizing

  2. D&Z Lead Supervisors


Upon completion of the walk down the coordinator will provide a written review of the proposed project to the client to assure that it is agreed the project can proceed as designed.

  • Risk Assessment: The coordinator will work with the manager to develop a risk matrix to identify all areas of concern that may propose a risk in the scheduled implementation of the project.
  • Budgetary Estimate: While the engineering team performs final design package work, the coordinator will work with our estimator to provide the client a budgetary estimate, this will be a +/- 10% estimate for the Project Manager to secure funding.
  • Schedule: the coordinator will utilize the site team leads (mechanical, electrical and civil) along with the site project lead to create a schedule for the implantation of the project.
  • Parts and Materials: the coordinator will work with the Planner to procure all parts and materials for the project. The coordinator will provide a weekly status of long lead items for the project.
  • Project Budget: the coordinator will control and monitor the project budget for his project; he will provide a weekly report of progress for hours worked versus earned value.
  • Project Close Out: the coordinator will provide a written report at the close of his/her project to outline all work completed, packages closed and proper turn over to the client


In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $95,000- $171,000 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
