JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION The Area Office Manager will be a key member of the Outpatient Clinics at Centerstone and will assist in leading the front business offices for all outpatient clinics and facilities in their assigned region. The area office manager will report to the Regional Vice-President for their region and will oversee the administrative operations for the front offices. Alongside each clinic manager's oversight, the area office manager will provide support to each outpatient office manager to ensure consistency and compliance exists across the clinics. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Associate's degree or demonstrated progress toward a bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required. Years of Experience At least 3 years of supervisor experience and demonstrated effectiveness at overseeing large teams. Demonstrated knowledge about the appropriate and effective management of protected health information, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act.
