What to Expect Tesla is seeking a results-driven and people-focused Associate Manager - Operationsto lead Material Flow and Material Handling teams within the Production Control organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth inbound and outbound material movement, optimal equipment utilization, and effective coordination across internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep operational knowledge, and the ability to drive process standardization and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
