We connect aspiring and established entrepreneurs to the resources, programming, capital, and community they need to launch and grow - from one-on-one advising and business education to investment connections and ecosystem development. The Business Operations Coordinator is a key operational role that keeps the Innovation Center running smoothly day to day. This person provides reliable, accurate support across financial processing, contract administration, building operations, and general administrative functions - making it possible for program staff to focus on the entrepreneurs and partners they serve. What You'll Do includes, but is not limited to: Financial Processing (approx. 40%) Contract Administration (approx. 20%) Building & Facilities Support (approx. 20%) Administrative & Event Support (approx. 20%) Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Strongly Preferred Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $19.25 - $26.50 hour. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. The University of Missouri provides generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions that add to your bottom line.
