| Position Purpose |
This temporary, part-time, remote eligible position will support the bioMT and DartCF Programs. The Operations Assistant will participate in shared project work, financial and administrative activities and must work efficiently with team members to support the department's academic and research goals. |

Experience working with digital content management, spreadsheet and file organization, and project coordination tools and processes. |

Key Accountabilities
| Description |
Financial Administration -
* Processing reimbursements, interdepartmental invoices, and deposits for faculty, staff, and students.
* Completing and distributing core reports;
* Maintaining billing processes for contractual agreements with collaborating organizations.
* Researching transactions and accounting details.
* Performing reconciliation of procurement card purchases by department member; holder of the departmental procurement card.
* Performing data entry and may run reports in financial/administrative systems and databases.
* Coordinating and communicating about financial transactions with Geisel Finance Center. |

| Description |
Planning and Coordination -
* Provides support for the following activities:
* Coordinates and schedules a variety of activities including departmental seminar series.
* Coordinates and arranges special events (conferences, dinners, luncheons, retreats, etc.) including organizing logistics for speakers, locating and reserving facility space, arranging for necessary services, coordinating schedules and itineraries, and overseeing actual event. |

| Description |
Data and Core Management -
* Create and maintain a central repository for program-related data.
* Collect, organize, and track data needed for annual progress reports, surveys, and grant renewals, including trainee progress, educational program outcomes, and participant feedback.
* Assist in the creation and management of research cores within institutional tracking systems and oversee usage report generation and distribution to participating labs.
* Maintain organized digital records and materials and support workflow implementation and operational continuity across program initiatives. |
