This position will ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. It will be responsible for the design, implementation, revision and education of compliance programs, assessment of operational and governance risks, management of internal audit and ethics related investigations, and fostering a corporate culture of ethics and accountability.


Core Responsibilities



  • Program Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks applicable to aerospace, defense and power generation industries. This includes international trade compliance, data privacy, antitrust, antibribery and corruption, social and governance compliance including all human resource related compliance regulations in an international aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
  • Strategic Direction: Develop compliance organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis and recommendations to establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. Evaluate trends, establish critical measurements and perform analysis to report current state and future recommendations to senior management.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Track emerging legislation and industry trends to proactively adapt company policies.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and implement corrective action plans across corporate functions. Ork alongside other senior managers across functions to develop corporate governance guidelines.
  • Audits & Investigations:


Manage internal audit and ethics investigation staff and oversee end-to-end determining potential policy violations and develop corrective actions.



  • Training & Communication: Develop educational resources and training programs to ensure all staff understand their compliance responsibilities.


  • Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with functional leaders to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitor the company's adherence to those policies and procedures. Enhance compliance and organization reputation by bringing compliance recognition to the company and providing leadership throughout.



Key Qualifications & Requirements



  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or legal operations, including 5+ years in a management role.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications preferred such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or sector-specific credentials

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business strategies and balance compliance with operational efficiency. Ability to build relationships with functional leaders to integrate compliance into company culture and daily operations.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Proficiency in using data analytics and compliance tracking systems to spot red flags. Attention to detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle confidential matters and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory frameworks including ITAR, EAR, CMMC, GDPR, FCPA and other regulatory requirements applicable in a complex, global aerospace and defense manufacturing environment
  • Project Management: Organization, project management, and strategic planning skills

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.


If this position requires access to export-controlled technology and technical data, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations and or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, any offer of employment is contingent upon Chromalloy's determination, in its sole discretion, if any additional authorization for the employee to access such technology is required and obtainable in a manner that meets its immediate business needs prior to beginning work.
